„Truth” by Trilina Pucci is the first book in the Sinful Series and every story from this series will be based on one of the seven deadly sins. When I’ve heard about it I was sold. This book is amazing and it will make you feel anger and love, you will feel anger, love, you’ll swoon, you’re going to smile and gasp. Believe me you will love it.
Main characters of this story is Drew Matthews and Dominic King. Drew has worked many many years to get where she is now at her job. She just got her promotion and got new amazing office. She is 31 and has no love life so her best friend Gretchen convinces her that it’s finally time to find room in her life for one more person. Sometimes though finding that one man may be really difficult thing and you may kiss few frogs before you’ll find your right man. Dominic King is an owner of many businesses all over Chicago and not only there. One of this businesses is exclusive sex club called Church. One night he sees Drew there and couldn’t take his eyes off her and instant pull is impossible to ignore. But at the same time King doesn’t do relationships cause he is too busy running his empire and make sure his brother stay on the bright side of their business. Yet one night with Drew is enough for him to know that one night with this girl will never be enough and he definitely wants more in meaning of forever. King has some certain proclivities when it comes to sex, and he recognizes the same in Drew, even if she doesn’t realize it herself. But when Dominic decides to take things further than their previously agreed 24 hours fling she pushes him away in order to find her own self. That breaks his heart. Both of them try to move on, but after a month's time apart but neither of them can forget each other. Since it was Drew's decision to end things with Dominic before they even really started, she knows she is going to have be the one to try to repair things between them now. This book is definitely a hot one with amazing chemistry between the characters. Drew is really tough cookie when King is in every part sexy alpha hero and they are perfect in their roles. She lost herself in a while but after some time she got back to her old amazing strong self. This book is so great that I just wasn’t able to put it down and don’t let me start on that ending… As it seems I found yet another amazing new author. And to know that this is first book in the series… I think we are in for an amazing, hot ride.
